Had a fun weekend
the past weekend was a break from our usual 'revision weekend'.
fri nite, b wanted to go check out the rally at serangoon. woah, it was crowded like hell. the jam was terrible, n the carparks were full! in the end, i parked along a pedestrian crossing, haha. not like anyone would care, since both sides of the road were parked with vehicles! the stadium was filled, even the outside perimeter was so blardy crowded. we squeezed our way into the stadium nonetheless, so many people, so much noise, so hot, so itchy, so muddy. well, as u can tell, it wasn't a good experience for me, haha. think b kinda like the experience, other than having her new white sneakers getting a lil dirty.
sat was spent meeting up w b's sec/jc mates as one of them was getting married. just lunch, coffee n some catching up. then to suntec, when we decided not to study for the day :P shop a lil coz i needed to find something to wear for jo's wedding dinner tis coming sunday. but then, found nothing suitable. spent the next 2hrs or so at starbucks. i was people-watching, stoning n sleeping while b was busy reading the papers abt the election. aiyo, election election election, how boring. i m sooo not interested in politics. later on, we went to watch MI 3. the plot n action, not bad lar, pretty entertaining. i must say, maggie q is sooo droolsome, heh!
sun was doggie day! we went to the dog show organised by the singapore kennel club held at sg expo. woah, alot of different breeds! b will be telling me, tis is wat breed wat breed, so many! i can't remember! lots of people asked to take photo with memphis n to pat him. haha, wat a big husky they would say, but in actual fact, he's just fat :P i like the retreivers n terriers best! the corgi is rather cute actually. b still likes the bulldogs n pugs, those 'face smelly smelly' ones, kekeke. but of coz, our fav would still have to be these 2 doggies... *smiles*
next we went to east coast park to makan, walk walk, n to brush memphis. look at the amount of fur we brushed off...
we had 2 full bags of it!
went home to bathe the dogs n then finally, we could rest! phew! my car is still full of fur now, gotta go clean it up in awhile :(
all in all, it was a great weekend. more outings to come in june, after the exams! yayyy!!:))
