i hurt my back last week... ouch!! ok, before u guys start to think otherwise, i hurt it coz i slipped and fell on my butt when stepping outta the washroom. got worse n i decided to go see a sinseh the next day. wahhhh, during the massage, i duno whether to laugh or cry. coz while its painful, its itchy as well. till today, it is very much better already. jus that i can't twist my waist much, n i hate tis feeling. i'm such a 'cracker', i like to 'crack' from head to toe before i go to bed, but now i can't! my back still hurts when i try to twist! :'(

oscars over.... heath ledger lost :( charlize theron n keira knightley lost to reese witherspoon :(( outta the 5 best actress nominees, she's the only one i think nothing of lo, sigh. jake gyllenhaal wants to pursue zhang ziyi?!?!!?! i didn't even know he and kirsten dunst broke up!
